Nathan Rd 3.0 — Analyzing the First Road in Kowloon through the Dimensions of “Time and Space”
叁說彌敦道:從九龍的第一條道路看「時間」與「空間」演變
About the Event
Nathan Road, running south to north through the Kowloon Peninsula, traces its origins to the mid-19th century as “Robinson Road,” built by the British garrison. Renamed “Nathan Road” in the early 20th century, it has witnessed over 165 years of extension, expansion, and transformation. Today, it remains the central artery of development in Kowloon. Examining Nathan Road through the lens of time and space offers new insights into the city’s dynamic cultural evolution.
